Welcome, beautiful being.
You said Yes to yourself and I am so glad you are here!
What you are about to experience is a practice designed to slow you all the way down. To open your senses, quiet your mind, and bring you back into your body. There is nothing to perform here. Nothing to get right or wrong. Simply put this is about you, your breath, and the feelings that arise.

Your tools
This is one practice babe, but the tools can be used forever.
What you will be moving through in this video are not things you leave on the mat when it is over. The breath, the slowness, the listening: these are all tools you can take with you anywhere.
You can use them in the mirror before you leave the house, in a quiet moment in your car, even in the way you move through a room.
The more you return to this practice, the more your body begins to trust that you are listening. That is where the real magic lives, not in one session, but in the relationship you begin to build with yourself over time.

Knee Pads - Protection
For those who have sensitive knees, knee pads help you get deep into the floorwork without compromising your comfort.
Substitutes
Blanket, towel, pillows

The tools below are what I use in the practice. You do not need the exact same products. Choose something that resonates with you or use what you already have at home.

Rose - Touch
I use a rose, the one who taught me how to soften my touch.
Substitutes
A feather, a ribbon, another type of flower, something light and soft, or simply your own fingertips.

Moringa Oil - Smell
I use a moringa + blue lotus oil by Ritual. Choose something that activates your sense of smell and signals to your body that it is time to drop in.
Substitutes
An essential oil you love, a candle, or incense.
